Lite Dispatch — we find loads, submit bids by email using a company email you provide (your carrier identity), and secure the booking paperwork. You always set the bid price.

We handle bids, booking paperwork, and email updates — you run the truck.

Owner-Operator Bid Desk — Flat $600/Month

We limit the number of owner-operators we work with. We’re a small U.S.-based company and English-speaking only.

  • You control pricing (you always give the price; we follow your instructions)

  • We find loads and submit bids by email under your company identity (using a company email you provide)

  • We handle booking paperwork (rate confirmation, BOL, and carrier packet)

  • We can email brokers tracking updates when you provide the info (hours left, breaks, ETA)

  • You handle broker phone calls for detention/layover and any extra fees beyond the original rate confirmation (we do not negotiate those))

  • It’s our job to save you money versus 5–10% dispatch fees per load (flat monthly cost that benefits your company)

Example: $10,000/week gross × 5–10% dispatch = $500–$1,000/week. Flat $600/month is built to save you money.

HOW IT WORKS

We Set Up a Simple Plan Together

We agree on your lanes, equipment, schedule, and requirements. You always provide the bid price.

We Find Loads That Fit Your Plan

We search for loads that match your lanes and requirements and prepare bids based on your pricing.

We Submit Bids Using a Company Email You Provide

Our team submits bids using a company email you provide (your carrier identity), so brokers see the real carrier—not a dispatcher.

You Approve the Load

When a broker replies, we forward it to you. You decide: approve / reject / counter.

Tracking Updates by Email (When You Provide the Info)

If a broker needs an update, you tell us your hours left, breaks, ETA, and we’ll email the broker.

We Book the Paperwork

After you approve, we handle the booking paperwork: rate confirmation, BOL, and carrier packet, and confirm pickup/delivery details as written.

Detention/Layover/Extra Fees (Owner-Operator Handles Calls)

Detention, layover, TONU, and any extra fees beyond the original rate confirmation are handled by the owner-operator directly with the broker by phone. If you want us to send a follow-up email after you speak with the broker, we can email your message.

$600 / month per truck — No Per-Trip Percent
